A little about me: I am an 8th grade science teacher in Kansas City, Missouri. I am in my ninth year of teaching and have decided to take on the added challenge of blogging (with a few external pushes). I am the mother of two sassy, curious, and creative daughters, who have very much helped renew my passion for education.
As I teacher I wear many hats, but I often find myself in the role of “supportive shoulder to cry on” or “thought partner extraordinaire” with my colleagues and want to help support more teachers as I continue on my own journey.
